Had an issue with the old model of this power supply shutting down randomly while using 3d applications and running a 200 series graphics card.(model #40064) Was out of warranty because build took longer than a month to get funds. Long story short, contacted Ultra and they stand behind their company slogan of striving to satisy their customers. Replacement model (#40311) issued after being on phone for 5 minutes. No cost to me for replacement. Ultra actually cares about their customers and I definately recommend them to my friends and family. New power supply only took 3 days to be received after initial phone call. In this economy, Ultra still cares about satisfying their customers. Highly recommend those who had problems get in touch with them.

Excellent power supply, i bought mine before the price dropped oh well lol. i am running: xfx 98oo gtx sli x2, 8 gb pc2 6400 ocz fatal1ty ram, phenom 9850 black edition unlocked 2.5ghz, creative sound blaster xfi titanium, asus m3n-ht delux/mempipe mother board, 500gb & 1tb 32mb cach western digital caviar black hdd's, 750gb 32mb cach seagate baracudda 7200.12 hdd. 2 sony dvd burners and 7 120mm fans and controller. and man this power supply keeps up really well, it being a modular unit is awesome on saving space and tucking away cable. i am already looking at the 1600w psu.
