Cons: - I can't find any at the moment

Pros: Easy to connect hard drives without separate power adapters, loose cabling etc.

Comment:
I had several "nGear USB2.0 to SATA/IDE Drive Adapter 2.5/3.5/5.25IN Drives W/ Power Adapter" at home but also had a tendency to lose the molex to SATA power adapter.What I found nice about this is that the SATA power and the SATA data port are connected to the main unit, allowing for the device to be plugged directly into the hard drive without the need for separate dongles, adapters, etc.With this, I am able to connect to any hard drive externally with just the device, power adapter, and a molex/molex cable that is not too long and hence does not need to be removed from the device.
