I purchased this cable from NCIX to run an Innova 3160 OBDII automotive scanner on my laptop. My laptop does not have a serial port so a USB to serial adaptor is needed to import data from the scanner.The Unitek Y-108 works very well for me on my Toshiba laptop with Vista/32. I allowed Vista to download the drivers which it found no problem and installed without any issues. The drivers seemed to take a little longer than normal to install, but everything went smoothly.Rick...
