This did the job great for me. It does everything it said it would. Easy to set up and use. No fancy display, but who needs that.

This is an awesome piece of electronics for the price. I want to start off by saying that.. Pros: After everything is all said and done, this device does work and I do use it everyday. At $20 or so the price is terrific. Cons: 1. The handset is a bit heavy. 2. Programming all the buttons for all the devices (TV, Cable Box and DVR) is a real chore and requires quite a bit of thought. 3. Documentation to do 2 above is barely adequate with some instructions not very intuitively placed. 4. Point and learn functions with the wheels was particularly difficult and required numerous attempts to get it done. 5. I have somem situations where the macro feature of the device would be nice as would the one key (eg. Volume) controls all devices regardless of which device the remote is switched to. Sadly, I found the documentation and handset interface a bit to exhausting to give these features a full try yet.

good product but dont work with avol tv's,so can't use it.

I couldn't part with the money for a Logitech remote so I gave this one a try. It is fantastic, does everything I want. It isn't flashy but it feels more expensive than it is.

Works with all my components. Until now I didn't find any universal remote controller that work with my TV, but since this one can learn from my original controller, it works like a charm. I have Videotron cable terminal and this remote works very well with all the the Videotron's terminal feature (VOD also) Overall, excellent product.
