Cons:I don't know yet because I only had them for a month.

Pros:I like the shiny gold color of these DVDs

Comment:
According to what I read in the internet gold DVD is supposed to last longer than the regular DVDs. This is the reason I bought these gold DVD for its archival ability. It's too early for me to say if these are good or bad.
