These are probably the best DL discs you can buy, and the only ones that you currently should buy. The price gets just a bit cheaper every week too...I haven't had any problems with these, and my DVD player reads them just fine.

Love these discs after disappointing results with Memorex and Fuji DL'sBurnt 2 at 8X and tested them on Nero's CD Speed utility.Got ratings of 95% and 96% - a fantastic result considering I burnt them at a true 8X speed on my BenQ 1640.

These are the bet dual layer medias available for the moment. They are a bit expensive compared to the single layers medias but if you need dual layers medias, you need these. Cheap and top quality made.

Takes a long time to burn so many gigs at 2.4* but that's really not a weakness. For backing up xbox 360 games and running them on a Hitachi dvd-rom these are the only media that work flawlessly.

The Verbatim Double later are the onlyone that work correctly. They say that it's a 2.4X but I can write them at 6X. Verbatim (Mitsubishi) medias are the best on the market. If you want DVD+R DL that will read in your home DVD player, take theses one.

verbatim built their reputation for strong no coaster dvds.a little expensive compared to other dvds, but amazing for the performance. get these and save yourself a lot of grief in your dvd burning.

When they're in sold, these DVDs are awesome. This brand is now recognize worldwide for the quality of their product and they never let me down on any of my backups (movie, games or whatever). You won't be disappointed with these

I have tried many dvd disks and cdr's and Verbatim have never let me down.If you are having problems, make sure your burn settings are correct.

First I tried Memorex DVD+R DL - in a word, JUNK.Then I tried TDK DVD+R DL - better, but still spotty.I finally Googled around - and I found out that this Verbatim media has the best reputation around, and the widest compatibility with different DL burners. So I bought a spindle of 10 here... The result: it _WORKS_, and I can even burn it at 6X on my PX-716A.If you want the best DVD+R DL media - which will actually WORK, then you've found it right here.

Verbatim is the ONLY DL media you should even consider buying. Their DVD+RDL media is the only DL media that actually burns well with most of the popular dual layer DVD writers out there. Other DL media has very poor media support by most DVD burners, and are just a waste of money. If you're looking for the best DL media out there, this is what you want.

I have used these disks for the past six months. I have never had a problem with burning or playback. Excellent storage for movies etc even if they are a bit pricey.

This product does not burn correctly with my system config. It would not burn the second layer correctly. I think it is mainly my computer fault. I've upgraded my DVD drive to the newest firmware. Still it would not burn the Memorex Double Layer DVD media and also this. Otherwise I think it is good storage for the price.

Takes a bit longer to burn than single layer disks, but worth it. Come in a mini spindle and there is writing on the core of the disk.

I used up all 10 of these and all burns worked perfectly on my NEC ND-3540A. It burns at max speed which is 8X for these DVD's. (A cool thing is you can see it burn through different phases from 4x to 6x to 8x at different parts of the DVD, I guess it depends where it's burning on the DVD and which layer). I have zero coasters and all DVD9 movies were backed up perfectly.Highly recommended if you don't mind paying the price. When these get cheaper there will be no point buying anything else. You can keep the full quality of all your movies when you back them up and you don't have to shrink them to DVD5.I'm giving it a 4/5 instead of 5/5 only because of the high price.

lots of space to burn long movies onto, or store alot more files on. remember to get your firmware updated before you use these
