Never had an issue burning with these, in any burner. Good price - not the best, but right in the middle. I don't have any long term experience whether these actually last longer than other dvd's, but it seems that maybe it lasts longer just because it forcefully limits the burn speed to 8x? Maybe other verbatim discs burned at 8x would last just as long... not sure. It works nice, no coasters yet. I love verbatim, one of the 'premium' dvd companies on my list that I use for important burns. |

La surface est très luisante et n'offre pas de porosité qui permet d'écrire dessus avec un crayon indélébile.

Ces DVD-R sont un bon achat à 9.99$ et sont d'un manufacturier de bonne réputation. Le seul reproche c'est qu’il est très difficile d'écrire dessus parce que leur surface est très luisante et que l'encre d'un crayon indélébile m'adhère pas bien dessus. Malgré tout c'est un bon achat. |

The media ID for these are MCC 02RG20, which are one of the best ones in the market. I've used these before and Nero disc scan gives average of 93 on this one here.The silver finish looks "cheap" compare to the retail version which has a matte silver finish. |

With pricing almost identical to other value brands, there is no reason not to pay the small premium to get a more trustworthy media like Verbatim's DataLifePlus series. So far, the blanks I tried have been working well and almost as good as the Maxell mastering quality ones.The long term durability is hard if not impossible to assess, however, it isn't a bad idea to back up on at least 2 different quality medias. |

** 2 STARS ONLY (works, but would not purchase again) **MCC 02RG20. Made in Taiwan. AZO.4,488 MB available. Write speed 12X on Optiarc AD-7260S 1.03 and Samsung SH-S223L SB02. Under 8 mins at 8X.No coasters, but some difficulty reading last files. Recommend MCC004 instead.
