No Customizable Ringtones; other than that, great!

Great phone, great price. Read the instructions.

I've had this phone for over a week now, and love it. Setup wasn't difficult with a little help from the instructions to understand how some of the features work. Really nice featured phone and I feel everything is laid out nicely. I'm using it as a landline and voip phone with it connected to my PC via a USB phone adapter. Works great for this purpose. Sound is clear, range is great. Found a ringtone I'm happy with and can easily mute all ringing with the push of one button. I'm using our phone companies voice mail, and with the push of one button, it can dial into voice mail to check messages. Blinking message indicator notifies of messages. In call recording works great. |

GREAT PHONE!!!!

I have to say this phone is GREAT despite the other 2 reviews. This setup replaced an old 900mhz and a newer 2.4ghz that didn't have very good range. This phone is crystal clear with GREAT RANGE TOO! Anywhere inside the home AND anywhere on the property is non-fading and CLEAR! It has more features than I'll ever use and operation and options are set up similar to most cell phones. Not hard AT ALL. The batteries are long lasting rechargeable NMH, and are longer lasting and low cost to relace compared to Ni-Cad packs. Just another plus! Very HAPPY with it! |

Good Phone - semi-steep learning curve
Comment:
If you've never dealt with electronics this is NOT the phone for you. It's intuitive in a confusing way. I'm still having trouble remembering which button to push to get messages and get into my phone book. But it's good looking, great sound, GREAT speakerphone, long battery, and small footprint. It has a lot of features, but it takes a while to figure them out. |

Presumably good product

I had been in possession of my wireless cell phone for over two weeks and I cannot use it because the directions for use are beyond belief turgid and illogically set out. I've had several friends try as well, and they found it incomprehensible as well . Richard Carter |
I was eager to get a new set of phones since the phones we had have been giving us problems, so, after I saw the reviews and features of this phone, I was instantly sold. However, when I'd read these phones had V.I.P ringtones, I'd thought that meant I could customize ringtones for people by way of my computer using an audio recording cable; unfortunately I learned this was not the case. Although, with the exception of that small issue, these phones are wonderful and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade.
