I bought this wall mount and it was a close fit for my 40 inch TV so I decided to buy a bigger wall mount. I called this company and they sent me a UPS label to return the product and they even paid for the return freight which I was very surprised. Great customer service.

The wall mount was pretty easy to install. However, not having a stud directly behind the provided mounting holes proved to be an issue. The short length of the wall bracket doesn't allow enough flexibility for mounting. I had to drill out 2 extra holes in the wall bracket to get the lag bolts to attached to a stud, then add additional dry wall anchor bolts. Once the mounting heardle was overcome, the TV went up very easy.

I don't understand the high prices you find elsewhere on TV mounts! This is a terrific bargain for a solid, functional product (all one asks of a TV mount). The installation video, which can be found on-line or the dvd provided, is excellent!

This was our first wall mount we have ever ordered. It was very easy to install and it came with an instructional DVD. Within 30 minutes we had the TV mounted and were watching our TV. Works great and an excellent price.
