Cons:
Included software
Pros: Tiny, quiet and easy to use Comment:
I use this with the Sony deck in my car to play music. Had to format to FAT32 in order to use, but it serves it's purpose. |

Western Digital 250GB My Passport Essential (Black)
Cons:
The software that come with it.
Pros: FastNo slowdown Comment:
Very nice hard drive.Using it to store video files/pictures and have no problem so far.The 'WD SmartWare' software that is pre-installed on it is pretty bad. Fortunatly, you can remove it by upgrading to the last firmware and downloading the VCD Manager on the WD website. |

Western Digital 250GB My Passport Essential (Black)
Cons:
Shiny surface could get scratched easily
Pros: Very Nice, Small, and light Comment:
This is a very cool little hard drive that you could put in your pocked. Its very nice, and is not bulky and ugly like much others. I and my sister use it to share photos and videos on the same HDD and is very quick to use : just plug the usb and feel free to fill it up with your data. |
I like this drive a lot. It's portable and the software isn't bad. It's only 250gb though and around 700mb is taken up by the software from the go so you're not left with much room if you like to store a lot of media.
