Rather of searching for cables I went with this SATA Tough drive which was a pretty superior decision. I have not seen any difficulties out of this product but and I intend on staying a WD Consumer

I enjoy my commodore 64 its a speed demon classic haha

My WD 320 aajs has gone via 5 upgraded rigs and still operating solid 24ǝ. for spending budget builds and regular folks,( email/web browsingand a few Pics) this is much more than sufficient for 95% of the ㅑ+ rigs I have built or refurbished. Most of the folks I have worked on thier rigs nonetheless have more than half the space left on thier drives. none Just a good solid drive

I installed the card and their "high def" sound replaced my mobo sound card. I can't use any of the headphone or microphone ports on my computer system now, and I don't have an HDMI port on my monitor so I can't use that either. It's been over a week I tried sending HIS a ticket asking for aid and they just closed it with out a response. I shouldn't have to get a new sound card in addition to this thing. Immediately after performing some analysis, I discovered that this card's important difficulty is with the sound and drivers. I figured that I wasn't going to use the HDMI so it wouldn't be an problem but I was wrong. Don't take a opportunity on this 1. The sound may possibly work for you or it may well not; but would you want to take the chance knowing their consumer service is not willing to aid if an issue does arise?

Really fairly rapidly as a boot drive. Would buy more if I needed an additional drive. Can be a lillte noisy at times, mostly when booting. I feel that is partially due to the flimsy metal in the computer case. I used this as a boot drive to test W7 x64. I recently bought a new 64mb WD640AAEX Black to replace it. To my surprise, the WD 640 Black only boots 1 sec. quicker than the WD320 Blue.The file transfer speed to and from the WD320 is fairly rapidly as long as it it among an equally quickly drive.
