Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" SATA 6.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
Cons:- Occassionally "gets loud" and emits a strange buzzing sound for awhile. A bit odd, but doesn't really bother me, and I don't notice any impact on performance.
Pros:- Works Well. Using it as my main HD (with Windows XP), and it is getting the job done.- Fast and Reliable (At least so far :P)- 320 GB is more than enough for me |
Needed a new OS drive, and thought this one was a good fit for my system as a whole. So far, I've been quite happy with it, despite the fact that it has a bit less storage than comparable WD drives (that are currently the same price, or even slightly cheaper).
