I get the same number of bars on my cell whether or not this is in use. Disappointing - I'll be returning it.

Used this in my home office to boost a low signal. 1 to 2 bars all the time. Moved it about, changed locations and watched all signal meters. NOT A CHANGE in any phone or USB Modem. Returning.

Just bought this unit to bost the signal in my apartment. WOW, now I have all 5 bars where I only had 2 or 3. Static and fading calls are gone. YES, this product works and I'm buying the home version next (for my home in TX where there is even less of a signal).

Suction cup mounting is a joke.No cigarette lighter adapter included or availible from wi-ex. I guess it never occured to the designers of this toy that people who live at the fringes of cell reception may not have 120 volt power availble either.
