XFX Radeon HD 5830 HD-583X-ZNFV Video Card

This was the last piece to my machine, and what a finishing touch to go with my i5 and GD65. Pros: This thing runs CODMW2 with EVERYTHING maxed out, 1920x1080, 4xAA, max textures, etc.. I tried Mass Effect 2 as well, with Everything Maxed out and it still runs great. The Price point may be a touch on the high side, but pretty good, especially with 2 games included. (CODMW2 and AvP) Con: Very LARGE card, it barely fits in my case, making it difficult to plug in the 2x 6 pins power connections. Overall- very impressed with this card, huge upgrade over my 7900GS which I also bought that when it was priced at 200, and was not as impressed then as I am with this one now!

I'm not sure yet if my card is faulty at all but when i got it my motherboard wasnt detecting it at all and from what i seen when i researced the problem i guess some other guy with the same motherboard had the issue with the the card detecting and i guess said that they need a bios update so im hoping to get this card up and running soon if ya do by any chance have a asus motherboard and wanna get this card i hope ya have better luck on gettin the card to detect for ya if not ya might have to wait on bios update for it.heres my specs im im using Motherboard Asus m3n72-d Psu BFG-EX1200 Video Card 250 gts OP Windows 7 Ultimate CPU Amd Phenom x4 9850 Ram Corsair 8gig NetworkCard Killer M1 Ill leave another post then on how this card runs if i can get a bios update soon if not can anyone suggest a motherboard that will run it.

Purchased this card as a final upgrade to complete my game box. I was not disappointed! The card is powerful and runs cool under load. I currently have it running Left 4 Dead MAX video settings, and the performance is incredible. I would recommend this card to anyone.
