I received this card as a gift, but when I got it, I already knew there was going to be a drastick performance boost from my EVGA GTX 260 Superclocked Core 216. Having that said though, my experience with it has been incredable. Its overclocked and still running around 39-40 degrees under load which compared to the 65-70 degrees on my old card is a major inprovment. This card rocks, and yes the GTX 580 is still the fastest card from what I've read, but I'm super happy that I've made the switch. If I buy another card to run crossfire, I'll have two cards for the price of a 580, and my performance will be better. You can't beat ATI/AMD's pricing, there's just so much BANG for your buck.
