XFX Radeon R9 270 925MHZ Boost 2GB 5.6GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Video Card
Cons:- Power socket on the long end as opposed to the side, can make it tight for restricted mITX builds.
Pros:- Fast, quiet, reasonably low heat. Comment:
I bought this to replace a GTX 560Ti in my mITX system. Cooling and space are both very limited in the case so I had to restrict myself to video cards below a certain length. I opted for this Radeon over the 650 Boost and 660 in large part because this card has a 256-bit memory interface which for my needs makes a big difference over 192-bit. |
Bought this from the local computer store in town to add to my custom built Ncix pc. Plays all my games Maxed out at 1080p.Works absolutely fine with my 430 Watt Thermaltake power supply.Manufacturer recommends 500W. Good sized card, Plain jane black style look with Dual fans, heat output seams reasonable, but i'm all stock cooling.Overall recommended for someone looking to do gaming.
