Cons:Price - look to pm...US company sells similar Thermatake backplate and screws/springs for $3 excluding shipping.

Pros:Excellent fastener for cpu cooler and cpu...hate those plastic pins. Versatile holes for 775, 1155, 1156, etc.

Quality of goods is excellent.... Look to PM though.
