I bought this because i couldnt stand the temperatures and noise of the reference 290/x. Overall the water block is made exceptionally well and keeps the 290/x at a reasonable temperature. Would recommend to anyone that already runs a custom cooling loop in their system. Although you may wish to purchase another rad to handle the heat output. |
Bought 2 to watercool my 290x's, couldnt stand the noise on them or the temperature. After installing these in my basic custom loop, 1x240mm rad and 1x 120mm rad it dropped the temps to 50 degrees under LOAD. coulsnt ask for better
