I got one of these for my p182 lower hd bay after looking up what fan would fit in there. It takes a little force to get it the little space but it fits. The wires get squished by the harddrive bay but works fine. It reduced my 2 hds temp from 35-40+ to ~30 and below. I had to adjust the airfiter so it wouldn't grind with the fan. Just like an ordinary fan. Nothing fancy. Moves a bit more air than the fans that came with my CM690. I never realized that this was a 20mm thick fan... Oh well, it's nice to have a thin fanplaced it up top where the rad should be (if I was rich enough to afford WC), so that the 24pin of my 400cx could pass through easier.
