Yate Loon D14SL-12 140MM Quiet Cooling Fan 1000RPM 46CFM 25DB 3PIN & 4PIN Sleeve Bearing OEM
Cons:It doesn't push all that much air, but it is enough to keep my inner case temps comfortable at 30C. It's the only exhaust fan I have. i7 920 system. Also, I hate the dual power adapter. Just more ugly wires in my case.
Pros:It's 140mm (one of only a few)It's cheapIt is very, very quiet. Comment:
Good 140mm fan which is very quiet, but doesn't push all that much air, however, it is enough to exhaust my i7 920 system comfortably. I would buy it again. |

Yate Loon D14SL-12 140MM Quiet Cooling Fan 1000RPM 46CFM 25DB 3PIN & 4PIN Sleeve Bearing OEM
Cons:Has a solid side where the screws go in, unable to use rubber grommets.
Pros:Quiet, cheap fan for a 140mm. Low power consumption and quality design. Comment:
Had to bore out the side of the fan so that I was able to use rubber grommets in it to prevent vibration. Using this as a replacement for a super loud fan in an Antec 300 case. Fits the bill perfectly.Would be nicer if the molex was separate, I cut mine off due to aesthetics since it was taking up room in my case and I didn't need it. |

Yate Loon D14SL-12 140MM Quiet Cooling Fan 1000RPM 46CFM 25DB 3PIN & 4PIN Sleeve Bearing OEM
Cons:Unsure as to actual CFM
Pros:Not to shabby acoustically, large size. Comment:
Compared to the Junyi's, it's just as quite as the 800rpm models, but just feel wise, I don't feel as much air being pushed through. In the 140mm size though, it's pretty much your only bet. Just make sure to get a proper size grill. |

Pros:Quiet fan, works as it should Comment:
There aren't too many 140mm fans to choose from. This one did the trick for me. It's quiet. Quality is average but as long as it works i'm happy. |

Cons:OEM no screws remember!
Pros:Price140 mm move alot of air with no noise Comment:
This was a really nice fan i hop more 140 mm will get developped. I belive the future is in the 140mm fans. the larger the better and i hope ncix will get more of theeses. |
It's one of the very few normally-sized 140mm fans offered by NCIX, as most others either require mounting adapters and/or have a round frame which requires filling in the corners. It works fine with voltage-based speed control, but at the full 12V/1000rpm is definitely the loudest part of the system with an annoying drone. Much less noisy than the stock 140mm Lian-Li fan, though I certainly wouldn't call it quiet. It's silent at about 600rpm and produces an adequate trickle of air for cooling my system (read: marginal until the inlet filter clogs). At around 800rpm (added a 20-ohm inline resistor) there is plenty of air to cool my system, but still a noticeable drone. (i7 860, Noctua NH-U12P CPU cooler, WD Caviar Green HDD, passive 95W video card, quiet office).
