A HSF that looks great, with performance to match. Anything over 2000rpm is too noisy in my antec 900, but that's my personal opinion (and 2000rpm is well above minimum). |

Installed on a ASUS P5K-E WIFI with a Intel 6600 quad. Overclocked at 3100mhz. Idle - 31°C / Load (running Prime 95 for 30 minutes) - 48°C. I have a overclocked HD3870 at 855/1351 in the case with a thermaltake duorb (which matches nicely with this CPU heatsink!) with temps at 29°C idle and 46°C load! What a great cpu heatsink... my CPU temp with the stock heatsink at idle was 48°C! |

Cons:Size. I have an ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard, with OCZ Reaper memory, and the cooler wouldn't fit; the heatsink of my first memory module got in the way. I had to bend some of the fins on one side in order for it to fit. Still works, but it doesn't go good with that motherboard, with tall memory.
Pros:Effective. Keeps my AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ at 27-29 degrees C idle. Have yet to try it full load, but I expect good results. Its also quiet, you can still hear it but its nothing that normal speaker volumes won't drown out. Comment:
I might look for alternatives if I were ever to buy another board that has the memory slots above the CPU socket instead of to the right, but for most other boards I would definitely consider buying this again. |

Installed on my E6600 Asus board. The Conroe (OC to 3GHZ) idles at 30C and loads at 47C - With the fan on LOW! Keeps my case quiet and CPU Cool. It is quite a big HSF, so I suggest you measure the distance to your side panel before purchasing. No issue for me as I have a full tower, but I can see issues with some mid-towers. The additon of the Zalman paste was a bonus. This HSF may be a little pricey, but I am very happy with it. |

This is my third Zalman CPU cooler, and if they keep doing stuff like this, it won't be the last. Set-up was easy and took all of 5 minutes...just a quick glance at the instruction booklet did it.My x2 4200 runs at 21-25c idle with this, the hottest I've seen at 32c, while running Folding for burn-in. These temps are about 10 degrees lower than with the previous Zalman product. Granted, I'm not overclocking it, but I'm happy with the choice I made. The FanMate control isn't being used, as the Asus' M2NE board Cool n' QUiet seems to be doing a great job of keeping the db down...my Lian Li PC60 case with 4 80mm fans is whisper quiet now. Would definetely recommend this to anyone |

Had stock 775 intel heatsink, what can I say, by installing this heatsink using Arctic Clean solution to clean processor and the zalman then applying as5 compund, my temps dropped a whole lot, I cannot state my load temp as I am in benchmarking and testing with various settings, but this huge HS does the job well.
