Zotac GeForce GTS 430 700MHZ 1GB 1.6GHZ GDDR3 2xDVI HDMI VGA PCI-E Video Card
Cons:none
Pros:- 128-bit - Quiet- Runs cool- Item is on sale for $44 -$10 MIR- Hi-Def audio over HDMI Comment:
I run a E8400 3.0ghz core 2 duo with benchmark of 3D:750 without overclocking. I bought this to replace my Asus HD5450, which has huge improvement. By the way, I am not a gamer so I'm pretty happy with this card. This card at $44 - $10 MIR with 128 bits. That is what it's worth. Great for an HTPC, true purpose. |

Zotac GeForce GTS 430 700MHZ 1GB 1.6GHZ GDDR3 2xDVI HDMI VGA PCI-E Video Card
Cons:None
Pros:EconomicalSmall size Comment:
I got this to replace a failed 7900 GS in a client computer. It's a good replacement as it handles everything that they do. It's also quieter, uses less power, smaller in size and is an overall improvement over the old card. It will handle older games just fine and also some newer titles at low resolutions. This is a good card for a low end system. |

Zotac GeForce GTS 430 700MHZ 1GB 1.6GHZ GDDR3 2xDVI HDMI VGA PCI-E Video Card
Cons:- Only dual monitor capable. AMD 6xxx series and above (mabye 5xxx series as well, are all 3 monitor capable)- Can only run 2012/13 titles at medium 720p
Pros:- Inexpensive- 128-bit, for what it's worth- Very Overclockable- Quiet- Runs cool- Inexpensive- 3-year warranty- Rebate- Hi-Def audio over HDMI- 2 x low pro brackets Comment:
This card is for the extreme budget gamer. By all means grab an HD7770 or GTX 550 Ti and above.I run a 2.4ghz core 2 duo and game at 720p, I am CPU bound. This card at $44 - $10 MIR was perfect for replacing my HD5550.Overclocks really good. 700/1400/1600 ... core/shader/memo ... 875/1750/2100 OC. Nothing special, but fun to tweak and get around a 6570 / 9600gt performance.Great for an HTPC, true purpose. VGA/DVI/HDMI out like the pic, not the description.Low profile brackets included4 stars at it's sale price. 3 stars if you factor in that a similar performing card is only an extra $50 about 5 years ago. |
this card is for the extreme budget build, runs quite and does not need more power, and you can modify it to a low profile card.for $30, very good.only concern is the brand, i got the card dead on arrival.
