For the price you get one rack and one trey. If you want to quickly swap out hard drives or you want to give everyone their own drive,you will need more that one trey. The drive just doesn't flop into the trey, there are four screws to attach trey to drive. I've found that two do nicely unless you are going to be lugging the drive and trey around, then I would use all four screws. The product smacks of quality. Nothing cheap about it. It even has a rather large but flat fan that is built into the bottom of the rack. Adding an extra hard drive to my small Micro footprint (Think Shuttle) computer didn't move the internal temperature up any. The fan does not interfere with installing closely stacked drives in your bay. Would I but another one? If I had anyplace to put it, in a New York Minute.

Excellent hot-swappable SATA 5.25 inch bay. The product is simple, and adheres to standards. The hard drive bay feels immediately cool to the touch, as it is made from solid aluminum- great cooling (My 5TB Raid 5 server I recently built does not go over 30 degrees). There is a fan at the bottom, and the product has great flow throughput. This product is worth -EVERY- penny.
