I used this to replace a really short cable that came stock with an external dvd rom drive I use for netbooks and htpcs. It worked perfectly. It was a little odd plugging it into the power brick, it almost felt a little out of shape and tight. But a little bit of a push fixed everything. |

Great cable that wasnt much longer then my previous, but gave just the right extension I needed for my monitor to its power box. Also has a slightly higher voltage rating then the cable that came with my monitor. |
I was looking everywhere for this power cord. I even phoned HP parts source for this cable as it was off an old HP Deskjet Printer. They told me it was no longer stocked. I was using it for a different purpose and needed and additional cable as this one. So I decided to check out NCIX and low and behold they had this power cable listed for a Laptop computer.
