nGear Aluminum 40 Disc CD/DVD Case

Got this on sale. Excellent Case, I bought multiple since I got my first one awhile ago. Would suggest this if you want to get rid of cd-case clutter.

J'ai acheté ce boitier pour ranger des petites pièces d'ordinateurs. Le loquet n'est pas très fiable. Pour le reste la qualité de fabrication est acceptable.

Good case, got it on sale, cheap. but can carry more than the pages included. A lot of space. NOting more to say , get it on sale if u can.

Well, for the price this is a nice case. It holds a lot of discs too. However, mine was slightly dented on arrival. On sale though, you can't go wrong.

10.8x6.8x2.5" (WxDxH), excl. protrusions (hinges and latch)This somewhat compact case is packaged in a white cardboard box. Hinges and latch are metal, the latter stops at all four 90° positions. As l94 mentioned - it lacks a handle which would be a nice feature, but not absolutely necessary due to its size. However, as Adam_H pointed out, there's no lock nor the ability to attach a lock or secure the case in any manner. Then again locks that are usually built into such cases aren't that secure to begin with anyway; still, like the handle it would be nice to have.I needed something slim to fit between some boxes and the shelf above them in a locker-cabinet, this case answered the call, fitting like a glove.The sleeves could be of better quality as they can rip if one isn't careful. My brother has a no-name 2XX-disc binder case which has very nice soft plastic on the sleeves - quality that is on par with name-brand products; I was hoping nGear would be comparable, not that I really expected anything stellar.Overall this is still a good case, serves its purpose just fine, and is great for filing like cassettes. It makes me interested in trying the 100-disc bigger brother--which addresses the handle and lock issue, and may be on my next order provided I can find a space for it. Of course one has to keep in mind that due to the top-mounted handle, the larger model isn't stackable like this one is.

Great case. Well built for a low price. Doesn't have the ability to add a lock, if that's a concern.

I was quite surprised with the quallity of this case for the price. The inside is lined with felt and the sleeves are put in quite well. Could of used a handle but it fits in your hand well- not that big.
